The world is loud...
Screaming with confected outrage, inherited beliefs, and fevered egos.
Buried somewhere in the heap of coffee stained ideas and stale conviction lies the weight of existence and the audacity to find it funny. So what do we do?
Embrace mortality. Laugh at the absurd.

what we do
We curate books and apparel that are foundational to the ideas and voices our institutions would prefer buried, banned, or dismissed for asking the right questions. Here, existential philosophy and comedy converge into a legitimate case for pushing back against tyranny, censorship, and the slow erosion of independent thought.

why we do it
Because absurdism isn't an academic exercise. It's what happens when we stop accepting the inherited version of reality and start looking at the actual one. The malcontents this store is built around did exactly that, often at considerable personal cost, and left behind the tools to help us pierce through the bullshit.

who it's for
Those who are working out their own answers. Who sensed early on that the official explanations were incomplete, misleading, or lacking reason and that the discomfort that came with questioning them was worth the price. This is the toolbox for those starting to dig, and for those who have been digging all their lives.
The thinking is for you to do. -
what we don't do
We don't traffic in conspiracy, paranoia, or the kind of fear driven ignorance that mistakes suspicion for intelligence. Questioning power requires intellectual honesty, not just a distrust of everything official. There's a difference between critical thinking and contrarianism for its own sake. One is looking for the truth. The other is just looking for a fight.
